The Le Pavoncelle residential complex in Sant’Antioco, composed of seven housing units, it’s located on the top of a hill overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, in the Peonia Rosa area. The closest beaches, just a few minutes away by car, are the Turri, Coacuaddus and Maladroxia beaches.
The houses are located inside a private garden immersed in the green, surrounded by pines and Mediterranean essences.
Each house’s point of entry is located on the ground floor, and has an independent veranda with related furnished garden.
Le Pavoncelle – Sant’Antioco houses are available from July 1st to September 30th. The leases are intended on a weekly basis, with arrival and departure on Saturday: they can be rented for a minimum of a week (7 nights) up to a whole month. Different solutions are possible for those who are interested in different period of stay than those indicated.
